Mr. Ray Tretheway, chairman of the Reginal Transit in Sacramento had a sister streetcars agreement ceremony with Mr. Kaname Saeki, president of the Iyotetsu Railway Co., ltd. in Matsuyama, Japan on Mon. Oct. 22, 2007. Mayor Heather Fargo and Mayor Tokihiro Nakamura were also at the signing ceremony which was held at the downtown Amtrak station.
