A delegation led by Mayor Nakamura arrived in sacramento on Oct. 20, 2007. At 18:00 in the Double Tree Hotel a welcome party was held by the Matsuyama Sacramento Sister City Corporation. Mayor Fargo and Mr. Wayne Hironaka made some speeches from Sacramento side while Mayor Nakamura and Prof. Miki did, representing Matsuyama.
